Some months back, especially after CNY...
the mirror gave off an alarm as the mirror decided not to share my likes.
It told me( it speaks to my mind. So do all my clothes. They usually send alarm signals that scream " I dont fit nomore", "You Fatso", " Torture...you're tearing me alive"!!! )
Yes, so it told me I needed to exercise , the fatty tissue was no longer cute or hidden by the layers of sweaters and jackets.
So I googled for the Best Exercise Regimes.
My favorite was a random site that mentioned that each individual should select the exercise routine that he/she is comfortable with.
Good. I like this.So I thought I'd experiment and select the best.
Made a schedule that looked like:
Day 1: Jog . 6:00 am
Day 2: Stretches. 6:00am
Day 3: Aerobics. 6:00am
Day 4: Skipping. 6:00am
Day 5: Yoga . 6:00am
Day 6& 7: Visit an offsite to calm mind and to decide which activity suited me.
Good. This was well planned, organized, the 2 days off was motivating and would lead to successful 'Waist Management'.Right...
DO u think that im serious with this schedule...(Crazy...!!!i think i'll be give up on the 1st day...lol..)
